Description:
In this activity, students will discuss questions relating to personal memory and history. They will begin with considering their own earliest memories and discuss memory from traumatic experiences. They will also identify and analyse memories from one survivor as she remembers liberation and returning home alongside a still photograph from the time. Students will reflect on why memories may not be precise and discuss their findings with other students.
