In this activity, students learn about Roman Kent's life before, during and after his experience during the Holocaust. Students explore multiple clips of Roman's testimony through close reading, they identify key words and they reflect on what they learned through a series of guiding questions.

Students use a built-in tool that enables them to create a customized, downloadable word cloud, to which they assign a title and share with classmates.

This activity aligns with two Echoes & Reflections Units: Jewish Resistance and The Children and Legacies Beyond the Holocaust.
