Description:
In this activity, students will explore the concept of protesting peacefully in the face of injustice and racism. They will deepen their understanding of racism and its impact as well as explore examples of how individuals have fought against racism using peaceful means. They will read primary documents and construct a poster or slogan that reflects the character of peaceful protest.
