Description:
Students begin by exploring the prewar experiences of European Jewry. Through Dimensions in Testimony, students will have a conversation with Jewish survivor Pinchas Gutter’s interactive biography. Students will learn techniques for having a productive conversation, including learning how to construct questions to elicit personal, historical and thematic responses.

This activity intersects with Echoes & Reflections Unit 1: Studying the Holocaust.

Dimensions in Testimony was developed in association with Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center, with technology by USC Institute for Creative Technologies, and concept by Conscience Display.
