Join us for three special no-cost, in-person opportunities this November!
See details below.
The Promise is a historical fiction film that conveys a multi-perspective history which highlights social relations between Ottoman citizens of early 20th century Ottoman Empire and historical events of the Armenian Genocide.
Teaching The Promise with testimony of survivors and witnesses to the Armenian Genocide extends students' historical thinking, critical analysis and cross-cultural understanding. These special opportunities allow for deeper thinking about the impact of historical events from the past, in conjunction with current events across the globe.
